Three formulations that cover the most common gaps — sleep, stress, and endurance fuel. Each one is the starting point we'd recommend if you asked us directly.

Proprietary blends
"Health and fitness have always been who I am. Unived is what happened when I built a company around that — not the other way around."
— Amit Mehta | Founder & CEO, Unived
Unived began before the industry it now belongs to.
When Unived started in 2010, dietary supplements were not yet an industry in India. Veganism was a word most people had to ask about. Protein, electrolytes, and creatine were not on the shelf at the corner store, and the idea that a brand might publish what was inside its capsules was not yet a question anyone was asking. There was no category to enter. There was a subject we cared about, and a small group of people willing to spend their weekends explaining it.
The early years of Unived looked like this: formulations developed in long, iterative cycles. Sundays at farmers' markets in Mumbai, talking to people who had never been told why the form of magnesium mattered, or what a clinical dose was, or why a label that said "proprietary blend" was a label that said nothing. The company was built one conversation at a time, by the few of us who were genuinely interested in the answers. What Unived is today — 130+ formulations, every batch reported, every COA public — is the same work, at scale.
What precision nutrition actually looks like
